On opening the Excel File suggested as Link, it is found that equivalent of Mohanam in Carnatoc Music is gievn against five different Hindustani Raga-s, viz. Bhoop, Suddha Kalyaan, Deshkar, Jayit Kalyani and Suddha Bipas.

Mohanam has Sa Ri Ga Pa Dha Sa or five notes in both Arohana and Avarohana and is perhaps the oldest Raga in Music as pentatone.

This Raga was introduced from India to SOuth East Asia- Kampuchea from where it was taken to Korea then to China and japan and most of the music in China and nearby Countries for all drama-s, dances..etc. were only Mohanam as I have seen many performances in Shanghai, HongKong and even Japaneses troupe performances in other Countries.

It would be enlightening of someone could clarify this anomaly
