Dr.R.Ganesh, son of my close colleague in my organisation, is basically a doctor of veterinary science, but was singularly fortunate in having been chosen by MAHARAJAPURAM SANTHANAM as his prime disciple, for his dedication to the rigorous routines of a Gurukulam, if I may further say, ahead of his own son Sri Ramachandran. Gentle, humourous, affable, I had the luck of having arranged his performance for all the three concerts related to the marriages of my children.
I may be wrong, but somehow I feel, that had SANTHANAM continued to live, GANESH would have achieved greater heights, which even now are not far from away.
