*True, all philosophers of east and west, all followers of many "isms" and
theories, would find themselves stranded miles short when they venture to
define the phenomenon called mother. It is noble femininity at its
sublimest. Nothing in this world or in other places known or unknown can
find us a greater acquisition than our own mothers.. It is not without
thought that we compare our land with mother, the holy cow with mother, the
goddess with mother...but mother can be a standard for comparison for many
others things, but what is the yardstick for measuring the greatness of
motherhood.*

This photo was taken at Chola Sheraton Kokata on the eve of my son's marriage reception. My mother is toasting in style for the happiness of the couple with "Apple" juice.

Dear Sir Sri Vaithinathan Hariharan Your mother is a special woman and no one can take her place. A face that is always on your mind, a smile you have seen a million times. One last battle your mother could not fight. The day was long and then night then morning you knew that your mother soon would be gone. You clasped your mother's hand hand so warm in your hand realising soon it would be out of time. To stay with you your mother fought so hard, a million pieces went your heart, now a photo you look at to see your mother smile. You keep your mother's video that you watch to hear your mother's voice, this you do.... you have no choice. But great memories you will always keep with you, your love in your heart for eternity, you never got to say goodbye. With warm regards ravi
