UID at Chennai

Enroll yourself immediately.

The Govt. of India has started enrollment to issue AADHAAR NUMBER (UID) to all the citizens.

You can also visit ( http://uid.karvy.com/bookmyslot/ ) and book your slot.

You should submit an application along with a copy of your ID proof and address proof. (carry originals for spot verification).

All applicants should go in person because, you will be photographed, your iris will be scanned and all (10) finger prints have to be taken.

You will also be asked for your Pan card number and a "no objection" to link your bank account to your Aadhaar Number. (a column in the application. No need a separate letter)

If all goes well it should take just 15 minutes for a person.

Please do volunteer yourself and get enrolled as soon as possible.

10 years from now every bin laden and useless dumb ass will have one of these by bribing.
