Mr. Bhaskaran Sivaraman sent me a link which deals in lot of matters connected with Senior citizens. I am posting some important issues, we, Senior citizens face, under this label "For Senior citizens" Please be on the watch out for more.
|Have you often gone into a room and wondered why you came there in the first place? Do you frequently "misplace" your keys?|
Do not blame it on "Old Age". Here are some things you could do to get over simple forgetfulness.
How come you are typing on a calculator when you have the computer on? memory issue. but, surely you can have a lot of plus side with old age.
A malayalam pandit who taught me was 72+ he could remember all of the kilippattu poems and lot more when I could not get myself to learn the poem in the text. I think memory is a matter of will not age.
it happens to me and i am in my 20's. I agree it increases with age.
I often forget that calculator is available in computer. After taking the calculator which is on the same table and start calculating only I realise the mistake. I do not think it is because of the age. May be out of habit.
Most important thing -first and foremost never think that you are getting aged. Age is only state of mind. Think you are always young and young in heart. Always say that you are excellent when someone ask you How are you.
