Latest RBI Notice to commercial Banks on Loans

has sent a circular to all commercial Banks to accept the following precious material as security for loans.

This will be effective as long as Mr. Sharad Pawar remains as Agriculture Minister

I think some structural weakness exist in Indian Agriculture. Lack of initiative from us to put importance of vegetable and horticultural commodities in agriculture, has made farmers to shift towards food grains or Sugar cane which is guaranteed by Minimum Support Price (MSP) or Statutory Minimum Price (SMP). Thank you
